Waking up early everyday?
So, I've been thinking... Could it be possible to wake up "early" everyday? Not just when school requires it, but as a habit? So I did some light research, and here are som points that seem to do the trick: Read a book at night, or do something by pen and paper (disconnect from your phone) Put your alarm clock away from your bed, so that you have to get up Once you turn the alarm off , don't snooze, leave the bedroom immediately Don't allow your brain to talk you out of staying out of bed and awake Have a reason for getting up, such as working out, write or something There also seems to be some tricks regarding habit-forming.
